Social Coaching Facilitators work with adults with disabilities (primarily those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities) who desire to improve their social skills. Facilitators will attend an extensive training on the ASPPIRE social coaching model and ASPPIRE processes. The social coaching groups meet once a week in the late afternoon and evening for 12 sessions.

Facilitators must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and experience working with individuals with disabilities. If you are interested in becoming an ASPPIRE Facilitator, please complete the application below.
